There’s a saying about time that it is an equal opportunity employer. Everybody gets 24 hours/1,440 minutes/86,400 seconds a day no matter who you are, where you’re from or how much wealth you have. Some just do things quicker than others.
Maytech’s ultra-fast network
Take Maytech’s ultra-fast and uncongested network of global data hubs for example. With mirroring between Tier 3 data centres in London, New York, Hong Kong, Sydney and Dubai our cloud platform products provide users with transfer speeds up to 100-times faster than the public internet.
This means we can move data around the internet at the rate of one gigabit per second (or 1,000 megabits per second). So you could send more large files with Maytech in your daily 24 hours than you could with other cloud platform vendors.
In fact, as one of the only players in the market to have no file size limits and completely unlimited data transfer you could send up to terabits of extra data in your day. And do so quicker than a host of other very fast things known to man…
Quicker than…
The fastest production car
Hennessey’s Venom GT, which recently overtook the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport as the fastest production car in the world after clocking 270.49mph on Nasa’s space shuttle landing runway in Florida. However as it was a one-off run and the Guinness World Record book requires two runs for a record to stand, Bugatti still holds the official top spot with 269.86mph.
The fastest plane
The X-15 holds the official world record for the fastest speed ever reached by a manned aircraft: Mach 6.72, which is 6.72 times the speed of sound, or 4,520mph. Part of a fleet of X-plane experimental aircraft operated jointly by NASA and the US Air Force, the X-15 was retired in 1970.
The fastest train
Chinese trains Shanghai Maglev and Harmony CRH 380A duke it out for the fastest train in the world honour. The Shanghai Maglev has the fastest operational maximum speed of 267.19mph but it’s the Harmony CRH 380A that holds the record for hitting the top speed, clocking 300mph during a test run on the Shanghai-Hangzhou intercity high-speed railway in December 2010.
The fastest man
Jamaican athlete Usain Bolt is the fastest man in history with a world record time of 9.58 seconds in the 100m sprint. That’s an average speed of 23.3mph his long legs can take him. Still some way off the world’s fastest land animal, the cheetah, at 70mph, let alone Maytech’s data transfer speeds!
Getting more out of your daily 24 hours is not just about being the quickest, although we have that covered, it’s also about being the smartest. That’s why Maytech’s Widgets provide seamless website integration for sending large files that also saves our customers time.
